Fulminare Global USA has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The application is currently pending. The organization is not yet recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization.

As of the date of this publication, the application is pending review by the Internal Revenue Service. Fulminare Global USA is not yet recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to Fulminare Global USA are not currently confirmed as tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. This notice will be updated promptly after receiving a determination from the IRS.
