What is Fulminare Global USA's legal status?+
Fulminare Global USA, Inc. is a Texas-incorporated U.S. public charity recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 42-2667920). Established in 2026, we provide our IRS determination letter and organizational documentation for institutional due diligence upon request.
What financial and due diligence documents are available?+
As a recently established nonprofit, we do not claim a multi-year audit history. We provide currently available organizational, governance, budget, and financial documents for grantmaker review. Annual reports and audited financial statements will be shared when finalized and available.
Can grantmakers support a specific program or provide unrestricted funding?+
Yes. We welcome discussions about program-restricted grants, multi-year partnerships, and unrestricted organizational support. Each funding arrangement is subject to an agreed budget, documented grant terms, implementation readiness, and applicable legal requirements. International activities are additionally subject to partner due diligence and appropriate compliance arrangements.
How do you measure impact and report to funders?+
We develop project-specific measurement plans with clear objectives, relevant indicators, baseline assessments where feasible, and agreed reporting schedules. Our reporting distinguishes planned targets from verified achievements. We aim to communicate implementation progress, expenditure information, challenges, and lessons learned transparently.
What is your long-term financial sustainability strategy?+
Our strategy focuses on diversified support from philanthropic foundations, individual donors, corporate giving, and long-term institutional partnerships. We aim to develop realistic operating budgets, responsible financial controls, and programs designed for sustained community value. Proposed earned-income activities are evaluated separately and are not represented as established revenue.
Who provides organizational governance and oversight?+
Fulminare Global USA, Inc. is led by President Sumit Kumar, Secretary Sonali Singh, and Treasurer Rahat Sahu. The organization's governance structure is responsible for strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and organizational accountability. Current leadership information and available governance documentation can be provided for institutional review.
Can grantmakers conduct due diligence or visit project locations?+
Yes. We welcome institutional due diligence, virtual briefings, leadership discussions, and review of available organizational and project documentation. Visits to active project locations may be arranged in advance, subject to operational readiness and local requirements. For proposed initiatives, we provide project plans and development milestones rather than presenting them as completed activities.
Can we conduct a site visit?+
Absolutely. We welcome grantmaker site visits and virtual briefings at any stage.
